Welcome to WordCamp Osaka 2018!
I’m Kimiya Kitani, a PR member of WordCamp Osaka 2018.
We’d like to introduce some stations, hotels, and inns near the venue. Please make sure to check with each facility for details before booking.

Stations

There are 4 stations near the venue.

  • “Osaka” station by JR (Japan Railway)
  • “Umeda” station by Midosuji line of Osaka Metro (Osaka Municipal Subway)
  • “Umeda” by Hankyo Railway
  • “Nakazakicho” station by Tanimachi line of Osaka Metro (Osaka Municipal Subway)

Hotels

There are so many hotels and inns around Umeda area, so we’d like to introduce the information around 4 areas focused on Osaka Metro (Osaka Municipal Subway).

Umeda Area

You can access to the venue within 10 minutes.

Hotels near Umeda station (jalan)

Shin Osaka Area

Midosuji line of Osaka Municipal Subway: 6 minutes on the train from “Shin Osaka” to “Umeda”. Shin Osaka station is available to transit to Shinkansen (Bullet train).

Hotels near Shin Osaka station (jalan)

Shinsaibashi Area

Midosuji line of Osaka Municipal Subway: 6 minutes on the train from “Shinsaibashi” to “Umeda”. Shinsaibashi is one of the famous tourist spots.

Honmachi Area

Midosuji line of Osaka Municipal Subway: 4 minutes on the train from “Honmachi” to “Umeda”.
Honmachi is the business district, so there are many restaurants and it’s a quiet place.
